Return Process

  Log into your Swashaa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and invoices are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
